Zerbina Prosecco is a wonderful Prosecco Brut DOC with a bright citrusy body of a classic Prosecco, with the warm rugged finish of a Brut Champagne. This Prosecco is being paired with Chocolate Secrets’ Sea Salt Carmel and Coconut-Lime bon-bons.
The Sea Salt Carmel has a dark chocolate shell with a creamy Sea Salt Carmel inside. It will smooth out the Prosecco giving it a nice rich and creamy mouth feel with a warm smooth finish.
The Coconut Lime is a bright and vibrant white chocolate made with fresh lime zest and coconut milk, blended into a white chocolate ganache.
It brings out the bright citrus notes from within the Prosecco and makes the wonderful pear and apple notes pop, giving it a nice tropical feel.
